The albums 21 tracks feature most of the bands biggest hits, including Get Off My Cloud, Jumpin Jack Flash, and (I Cant Get No) Satisfaction. While the emphasis is on the hits, Hot Rocks also includes several iconic album tracks such as Play With Fire, Under My Thumb, and Gimme Shelter. This 2 LP set is pressed on 180 gram black vinyl.

Exposure was delayed from it's scheduled 1978 release date by RCA's postponement of the release of the Hall album (that remained unissued until 1980) and Hall's then manager's insistence that some of his vocals be removed from the album

but he later came out with releases of various songs and collaborations
